My past and present success in the business world was developed and nurtured on the premise that, "Wherever employed, the employer places a special trust in me that must never be forgotten or abused."  I am governed by the principle that, "My Clients deserve the representation and services of a highly qualified and experienced real estate representative." I operate my business on this belief.

My Credentials!

I am a licensed REALTOR and Business (Credit) Support Servicer, and I am a registered mortgage agent and intern appraiser. I am student structural and mechanical inspector and student financial planner.

What Does This Mean to You?

With regards to mortgages, I will assure the seller of a buyers ability to purchase the real estate.

For the buyer, I will evaluate their current financial status and explain their loan options to them.

If a buyer has less than perfect credit, I will assist them to repair their credit to increase their credit score and decrease their loan interest rate.

Whether buying or selling real estate, I will establish an accurate sales price based on sound hands-on research.
